Foxglow roadmap: Route A is live first. v0.41 is the first tighter manual-mask proof: source sprites are cropped individually from the original sheet, then hand-selected crop boxes and conservative masks remove the worst background without carving away as much hair/tail mass. Mode-specific costumes are still deferred until we have clean source art.

Mode-aware action-strip Mini Nel rig

v0.41 uses individually cropped sprites from the original sheet, with tighter manual crop rectangles before conservative mask cleanup. It preserves more hair/tail/body mass than the overzealous threshold versions and removes most neighbour feet/bars. This is still a proof: a few white edge flecks/halos remain, and all modes share the same core art until we build clean mode-specific masks.

v0.41 tighter manual-mask proof Instead of trusting colour-key removal, this version selects cleaner original-sheet sprites, crops each one more tightly, and saves editable mask PNGs under the v0.41 pack. Dedicated action-strip source sheets now exist for Den, Sysadmin, Queen, Guild Muse, and Private Flirty. Each sheet was prompted with rows for idle, blink, talk, walk, jump, success, warning, foxfire/glow, playful, and checking so the next crop pass can stop borrowing mismatched poses.

This is the private room bridge: browser → authenticated room endpoint → local Hermes/Nel. Enter the room API password once per browser session, then the room can talk to me directly. System-changing actions still stay confirmation-gated on my side.
