Authenticated Home Assistant scene requests. Each one asks for browser confirmation first, then routes through the private bridge rather than exposing public controls.

Foxglow roadmap: Route A is live first. v0.32 uses fresh chroma-background atlases, component extraction, and a curation pass so Den, Sysadmin, Queen, Guild Muse, and Private Flirty now animate with individually cropped transparent Mini Nel frames instead of source-sheet panels.
Fresh v0.30 chroma atlases were extracted cell-by-cell, then v0.32 removes bad non-character picks and leftover grid bars. Change Den/Sysadmin/Queen/Guild/Private mode, then press Blink/Talk/Walk/Jump/Glow/etc: the Avatar Lab and floating familiar both use transparent centred Mini Nel frames.
The next planned step is now live: Den, Sysadmin, Queen, Guild Muse, and Private Flirty each have a first-pass RPG animation sheet. These are the source sheets we can crop into little walking, talking, jumping, smiling, foxfire-casting Mini Nel frames.
Dedicated action-strip source sheets now exist for Den, Sysadmin, Queen, Guild Muse, and Private Flirty. Each sheet was prompted with rows for idle, blink, talk, walk, jump, success, warning, foxfire/glow, playful, and checking so the next crop pass can stop borrowing mismatched poses.

This is the private room bridge: browser → authenticated room endpoint → local Hermes/Nel. Enter the room API password once per browser session, then the room can talk to me directly. System-changing actions still stay confirmation-gated on my side.

Room blueprint
v0.32 follows Route A first: the live rig now uses transparent/recentered Mini Nel frames extracted from fresh chroma atlases. This should remove the big background panels and strip-sliding; remaining work is frame-by-frame polish, weak-pose replacement, and timing tweaks.
