v0.3 adds a real room heartbeat: scheduled live-ish status refreshes, a moving foxfire presence marker, room activity history, mode-aware location, and safe copy-prompt actions. Next layers are voice bubbles, direct-but-confirmed Home Assistant controls, richer activity logs, and eventually a proper chibi/Live2D-style Nel.
