Fast, safe prompts for checking the VPS and services. Buttons copy exactly what to ask me in Discord.
Authenticated Home Assistant scene requests. Each one asks for browser confirmation first, then routes through the private bridge rather than exposing public controls.
Ultima planning, event reminders, future character/card gallery, and guild tools.
Foxglow roadmap: Route A is live first. v0.21 adds the five per-mood RPG animation sheets — Den, Sysadmin, Queen, Guild Muse, and Private Flirty — so the next pass can crop real walking, talking, jumping, and reaction frames.
This version stops pretending mismatched overlays are a face. Reactions now swap between full transparent Mini Nel state sprites and animate the whole body together: idle, talk, checking, success, warning, glow, playful, comfort, and sleepy.
The next planned step is now live: Den, Sysadmin, Queen, Guild Muse, and Private Flirty each have a first-pass RPG animation sheet. These are the source sheets we can crop into little walking, talking, jumping, smiling, foxfire-casting Mini Nel frames.
Comfort, night glow, sleep support, gentle routines.
VPS checks, backups, services, safe command prompts.
Focus, confidence, oaths, big-picture decisions.
Ultima plans, reminders, art sparks, event prep.
Public-safe warmth, teasing mood, softer evening presence.
This is the private room bridge: browser → authenticated room endpoint → local Hermes/Nel. Enter the room API password once per browser session, then the room can talk to me directly. System-changing actions still stay confirmation-gated on my side.

Room blueprint
v0.21 follows Route A first: Den, Sysadmin, Queen, Guild Muse, and Private Flirty now each have a first-pass RPG animation sheet. Next step is cutting a tiny production frame set and wiring real walk/talk/jump loops into the Avatar Lab.
