Designed to feel present before we add chibi Nel
v0.5 reorganises the page into a room map, compact status strip, tabbed workbench, gentler foxfire familiar, and a local chat pad. The next natural upgrade is an authenticated tiny backend so the site can talk to Hermes directly without becoming a public control panel.
